What you will do

• Champion AI-powered tooling integration like GitHub Copilot and LLM agents to boost developer throughput and code quality.
• Architect AI product enablement strategies, embedding intelligent automation, RAG pipelines, and agentic workflows into core offerings.
• Build internal AI platforms, prompt libraries, and guardrails to accelerate safe adoption.
• Own engineering operating model, agile delivery, OKRs, CI/CD pipelines, and release cadences for predictable execution.
• Lead global teams of Engineering Managers and ICs, with skills upleveling in AI, cloud-native patterns, and modern practices.
• Drive technical strategy for .NET/Java/React microservices, platform engineering, technical debt reduction, and compliance.

Requirements

• 15+ years software engineering, 7+ years leading teams at scale
• Track record delivering complex multi-quarter programs with high say/do ratio
• Hands-on AI/ML integration into workflows or shipping AI product features
• Proven change management for tech transformations and distributed teams
• Deep expertise in cloud-native architecture, microservices, CI/CD, DevSecOps, SRE
• BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent

• Experience in regulated domains like automotive, insurance, fintech, health tech
