What you will do

• Design, test, and analyze molecular assays including PCR, RT-PCR, and Real-Time PCR
• Report experiments in laboratory notebooks and prepare technical reports and presentations
• Define and test new raw materials, product innovations, and processes
• Ensure all activities comply with quality standards and standard operating procedures
• Collaborate with internal and external customers and suppliers to meet project deliverables

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Molecular Biology, Genetics, Chemistry, Biotechnology or equivalent
• At least 3 years in molecular biology laboratories (microbiology preferred)
• Experience in IVD environments and biotechnology industry preferred
• Molecular product development experience
• Demonstrated experience in molecular biology techniques (PCR, RT-PCR, Real-Time PCR preferred)
• Proficiency in written and spoken Italian and English
• Data handling, analysis, statistics, Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
• Accuracy, problem-solving, communication, multi-tasking, organization
