• Support the development and implementation of Therapeutic Area Strategies within Air and Care Franchises.
• Collaborate with the Pipeline Development Team to deliver innovation and lead programs.
• Work with the Commercial Portfolio Management Team to maximize the potential of marketed and close-to-launch assets.
• Coordinate with Medical Affairs, Value & Access, and Business Excellence global functions.

• Background in scientific research or biopharmaceuticals.
• Location: Must be based in or be able to relocate to Parma, Italy.
