Sales Development Representative-ABM

What you will do
- Proactively generate and qualify new sales opportunities via outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up.
- Research target prospects using tools like 6sense, social media, databases, and industry events.
- Conduct cold calls, emails, and social outreach to engage prospects.
- Manage high-volume prospecting pipeline in Salesforce, tracking activity and lead status.
- Lead discovery conversations to assess needs, pain points, timing, and budget; qualify and handoff leads.
- Schedule discovery calls, demos, or meetings for sales team; collaborate on messaging and campaigns.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and products to articulate value propositions; meet performance metrics.
Requirements
- 2+ years in sales development or outbound sales with record of meeting/exceeding targets.
- Must be in US locations, EST or CST time zones.
- Strong phone presence and persuasive written communication.
- Hunter mindset with curiosity, persistence, and rejection resilience.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and follow-up skills in fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CRM and sales tools; Salesforce preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in sales team.
