What you will do

• Develop expert knowledge of hirify.global ecosystem and serve as SME for partners and end-users.
• Collaborate with partners and revenue teams to deliver solutions addressing customer challenges.
• Conduct discovery, design demos and pilots to accelerate sales and ecosystem growth.
• Support partner upskilling, analyze business challenges, and propose hirify.global or alternative solutions.
• Manage projects, handle escalations, mentor team members, and contribute to processes.
• Maintain documentation and provide feedback to product and development teams.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Italian
• Bachelor's in Engineering, CS, IT or related; 5+ years in Solutions/Sales Engineering
• Ability to travel internationally up to 30%
• Expert knowledge of telematics, IoT, APIs; experience with Python, SQL, Java, C#, API integrations
• Experience with JIRA, Salesforce, data tools like Superset or Power BI
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
