Salary: $197,004 - $275,806 (CA applicants)

What you will do

  • Lead architecture and development of custom ASICs for high-performance networking.
  • Define SOC architecture, specifications, and high-level modeling for chips.
  • Drive integration of IP blocks, RFIC, system, and software teams.
  • Develop digital signal processing and networking protocol solutions for space.
  • Balance performance, power, and area in space-qualified silicon.
  • Lead team of architects and engineers, establish best practices.

Requirements

  • Must be U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee due to export control regulations
  • B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • 15+ years in Silicon Architecture or Lead RTL Design.
  • Experience with SOC architecture/integration and high-performance networking hardware.
  • Background in digital signal processing and industry standard bus protocols.
  • Strong technical leadership and team management skills.

Nice to have

  • M.S. or Ph.D. in relevant discipline.
  • Space-based or radiation-hardened electronics experience.
  • Knowledge of 5G, advanced protocols, high-speed SerDes.
  • Successful tape-outs in leading-edge nodes, FPGA prototyping.
  • Mentoring experience.
