Salary: $208,250–$266,000 (San Diego: $208,250–$245,000; San Francisco: $226,100–$266,000)

What you will do

• Influence global manufacturing test strategy, including engagement models with contract manufacturers and internal partners
• Manage and develop engineering team across US and Asia to execute product roadmap projects
• Design and implement hardware test systems, strategies, plans, procedures, and equipment selection
• Provide production support: troubleshooting, process improvements, NPI, yield targets, and training
• Ensure quality assurance, compliance, traceability, and design for testability feedback
• Collaborate cross-functionally, communicate project updates, and direct test capabilities for yields and reverse logistics

Requirements

• 12+ years in manufacturing/test/automation engineering (assembly, inspection, test stations, factory deployment)
• Experience with wearables/consumer electronics at large scale
• Leading test teams across multiple sites
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related
• Leading development builds and mass production with global partners
• Willingness to travel up to 25% to factory sites
