What you will do

• Lead architecture, design, implementation, and validation of FPGA, MPSoC, and DSP systems for metrology platform.
• Develop RTL, modeling, simulation, verification, testbenches, and system bring-up.
• Design FPGA-based DSP pipelines including FIR filters, synchronization, control loops, and low-latency data paths.
• Implement and refine algorithms like PID, ADPLL, filtering, and signal conditioning.
• Perform data analysis for signal quality, system characterization, and performance optimization using MATLAB and Python.
• Collaborate on integration with hardware, software, algorithms; debug boards using lab equipment; translate R&D into scalable systems.

Requirements

• B.S./M.S./PhD in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related, 5+ years relevant industry experience.
• End-to-end FPGA/MPSoC experience: architecture, RTL, simulation, synthesis, timing closure, verification, board bring-up.
• Advanced FPGA-based DSP for real-time systems: FIR filters, synchronization, streaming pipelines, control design.
• Algorithm modeling/analysis in MATLAB/Python; signal-processing/control techniques like PID, ADPLL.
• Strong HDL/RTL for DSP/control/data-path; testbenches, verification, firmware/hardware integration.
• Read schematics, lab troubleshooting with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, etc.; fast-paced multidisciplinary environment.
