Salary Range: $110,000 - $240,000

What you will do

• Design and develop advanced directive data links connecting CDN nodes
• Implement RF signature reduction and GPS-independent node positioning
• Lead integration of time-transfer algorithms and advanced beamforming
• Develop low-cost hardware for tactical mobile data links
• Optimize algorithms for real-time performance on FPGAs/DSPs and analyze radar data
• Plan field tests, mentor juniors, and contribute to system requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or equivalent +10 years in directional communications systems
• Strong familiarity with Python or MATLAB
• Systems engineering experience with RF systems
• Expertise in digital signal processing, algorithm development, and data analysis
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently/in teams

Nice to have

• Graduate degree in STEM
• Experience with C++
• Deep understanding of radar systems, principles, and signal processing techniques
