What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical subject matter expert on hirify.global Codex for a portfolio of customers to enable their engineering teams.
• Design and implement AI-enhanced development workflows, moving from rapid prototyping to scalable production rollout.
• Build high-quality demos, reference implementations, and workflow automations using Codex.
• Lead large-format workshops and technical deep dives to help organizations adopt AI coding tools effectively.
• Contribute guides, patterns, and best practices to the hirify.global Cookbook for the developer community.
• Gather product insights from deployments to create product proposals and provide model feedback for internal teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical consulting, post-sales engineering, or solutions architecture working directly with customers.
• Active power user of AI coding tools with a strong point of view on developer productivity.
• Ability to build high-signal demos, integrations, and prototypes quickly.
• Experience delivering high-impact technical training or workshops to engineering teams.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in clear, persuasive written and verbal form.
• Comfort with ambiguous, rapidly evolving problem spaces and iterative solution design.
