What you will do

• Drive the full design process from ideation to production, owning creative vision and execution.
• Deliver visual storytelling via sketches, CAD, renderings, and presentations.
• Elevate design quality in proportion, surface, detailing, usability, and performance.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, UI/UX, and cross-functional teams on manufacturable prototypes.
• Introduce breakthrough ideas, stay ahead of trends, materials, and technologies.
• Lead brainstorms, mentor juniors, and iterate quickly with product and marketing teams.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Industrial Design or related field (MS preferred).
• 5+ years designing physical products in consumer, lifestyle, or tech categories.
• Proven track record delivering products from concept to production.
• Expert in 2D/3D tools: Sketching, Adobe Creative Suite, SolidWorks/Rhino, Keyshot.
• Deep knowledge of materials, part design, manufacturing processes, and DFM.
• Strong communication, analytical thinking, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
