What you will do

• Define 3–9-month AI roadmap aligned to company goals with problem statements and value hypotheses.
• Convert strategy into prioritized increments with PRDs, acceptance criteria, and release plans.
• Own AI feature evaluations including offline tests, human/automated evals, and A/B experiments.
• Define safety, privacy, compliance requirements and implement guardrails with Security and Legal.
• Lead application integrations across CRM/ERP/eCommerce with data contracts and SLAs.
• Conduct build vs. buy analyses with TTV, TCO, and recommend paths with risks.
• Lead cross-functional squads and measure impact with KPIs for executives.

Requirements

• 5+ years in product management with shipped data or AI features tied to measurable outcomes
• Proven ownership of AI evaluation and experimentation (offline metrics, human/auto evals, A/B testing)
• Hands-on experience driving enterprise-scale application integrations (API-led, iPaaS, SLAs, data contracts)
• Demonstrated ability to lead build vs. buy decisions with financial models and risk analyses
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder leadership

Nice to have

• Experience optimizing Amazon sales and ad channels
• Experience with Salesforce Cloud and CDP integrations
• Exposure to LLMOps (prompt versioning, guardrails, eval frameworks), vector search/RAG, model observability
