What you will do

• Define 3–9-month AI product roadmaps, problem statements, value hypotheses, prioritized backlogs, PRDs, acceptance criteria, and release plans.
• Own offline evaluations, human and automated assessments, and online A/B experiments for AI features, optimizing quality, latency, and cost.
• Define responsible AI requirements covering safety, privacy, compliance, traceability, and operational guardrails with Security and Legal.
• Specify API-first and event-driven integrations across CRM, ERP, eCommerce, and data platforms, including data contracts, SLAs, authentication, PII handling, and observability.
• Lead build-versus-buy analyses, vendor proofs of value, financial models, risk assessments, and recommendations.
• Lead cross-functional squads across ML Engineering, MLOps, Data Engineering, Analytics, and business functions while measuring KPIs and reporting outcomes to executives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience with shipped data or AI features tied to measurable outcomes.
• Proven ownership of AI feature evaluation and experimentation, including offline metrics, human or automated evaluations, and A/B testing.
• Hands-on experience driving enterprise-scale application integrations using API-led or iPaaS patterns, SLAs, data contracts, and identity solutions.
• Experience leading build-versus-buy decisions with financial models and risk analyses.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder leadership skills.

Nice to have

• Experience optimizing Amazon sales and advertising channels.
• Experience with Salesforce Cloud and CDP integrations.
• Exposure to LLMOps, prompt versioning, guardrails, evaluation frameworks, vector search, RAG, or model observability.
