What you will do

• Set vision and strategy for partnerships ecosystem across sports, talent, organizations, creators, ambassadors, and experiential.
• Own portfolio strategy, investment decisions, sourcing, evaluation, structuring, and negotiation of major opportunities.
• Establish roster strategy for elite athletes, sports organizations, creators, and cultural talent in collaboration with Brand.
• Lead Creator remit including experiential to develop programs and in-market moments for cultural presence.
• Translate agreements into cross-functional brand programs with Brand, Creative, Social, Communications, Product Marketing, Sales, and Membership.
• Define measurement agenda, success metrics, performance reviews, and optimization frameworks.
• Build, lead, and develop high-performing partnerships team.

Requirements

• 15 years of relevant experience across partnerships, business development, talent, brand activation, experiential, sponsorships, or related fields in premium consumer, sports, media, entertainment, or lifestyle brands.
• Proven track record shaping, negotiating, and leading major partnerships delivering brand impact and strategic value.
• Deep understanding of sports, culture, media, and talent landscape.
• Demonstrated success building and leading high-performing teams.
• Experience managing complex senior external relationships with athletes, agents, creators, executives, leagues, teams, and partners.
• Strong ability to translate opportunities into integrated brand programs.
• Excellent judgment balancing brand ambition, relationships, business priorities, and ROI.
• Strong commitment to embracing and leveraging AI tools in day-to-day tasks.
