Salary: $80,000 - $90,000

What you will do

• Drive and manage customer implementations from start to finish, including data gathering, technical configuration, and training.
• Serve as primary technical contact for new or expanding hirify.global deployments.
• Interact with government leaders to guide processes and empower them as platform administrators.
• Understand pain points and collaborate with teams to automate and enhance workflows.
• Develop best practices for data environments and customer verticals.
• Gather customer feedback and feature requests to inform product discussions.

Requirements

• 2+ years of software implementation consulting or transferable client work (preferred)
• Knowledge of analyzing large financial/operational data and government practices.
• Strong Excel skills (v-lookup, pivot tables, formulas, error-checking, reports).
• Clear phone support and relationship-building abilities.
• Skills in patterns, modeling, and design conceptualization.
• Experience in fast-paced environments with collaboration and adaptability.
• Excellent verbal/written communication, teamwork, and customer service.

Nice to have

• ETL tools, report creation, macros, Visual Basic.
