What you will do

  • Define and maintain end-to-end customer lifecycle across onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, up/cross-sell and winback
  • Own and evolve lifecycle segmentation model for growing customer base
  • Build, test and optimise automated journeys in Braze to drive feature adoption, retention and CLTV
  • Manage global onboarding automation from first touchpoint to activation milestones
  • Develop proactive churn prevention and winback automations using behavioural signals and predictive scores
  • Run A/B and multivariate tests across touchpoints and report on lifecycle performance metrics

Requirements

  • Solid experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, retention or similar in subscription/recurring-revenue business
  • Hands-on experience with Braze and end-to-end automated customer journeys
  • Strong experimentation skills using data and insights for performance improvement
  • Commercially minded understanding of retention, revenue and customer value
  • Comfortable using AI tools and predictive signals in segmentation/automation
  • Fluent in English (our working language); German, Dutch or Swedish is a plus
