What you will do

• Support design, deployment, and continuous improvement of global Record to Report, Fixed Assets, and Projects processes.
• Maintain process documentation, workflow standards, and governance routines while partnering with business units for adoption.
• Serve as functional resource for Oracle Cloud modules, including configuration reviews, UAT, and enhancement deployments.
• Facilitate root-cause analysis, monitor controls, and support month-end/quarter-end activities.
• Engage stakeholders across Procurement, Supply Chain, and regional operations with training and communication materials.
• Contribute to project planning, readiness assessments, and global transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Record to Report, Fixed Assets, Projects management, or finance transformation in global environment.
• Strong functional knowledge of Record to Report, Fixed Assets, Projects modules; Supplier Portal and SCM integrations preferred.
• Proven support for global process design, UAT cycles, system enhancements, and operational troubleshooting.
• Understanding of purchasing workflows, goods receipts, 2-way/3-way match, supplier master data, and invoice lifecycle.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
