What you will do

  • Lead the efficient, accurate, and timely processing, recording, and accounting of all financial transactions for NORAM/LATAM.
  • Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) to ensure high-quality input and efficient processing.
  • Implement a professional continuous improvement culture focused on accountability, team spirit, and customer-focus.
  • Ensure all processes adhere to the Minimum Control Framework and support external audit requirements.
  • Maintain process documentation and KPIs to drive accountability to stakeholders.
  • Lead and develop a high-quality finance team and manage regular reviews with key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting & Finance or equivalent professional experience.
  • Senior-level experience managing demand and resourcing for large teams.
  • Proven experience leading Shared Services teams.
  • Advanced English proficiency is a must.
  • Ability to connect strategic business objectives to operational targets monitored via KPIs.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the Mexico City office.
