What you will do

• Perform thorough proposal and sales order reviews to ensure quality requirements are clearly defined.
• Verify and create Inspection Plans and Reports (IP&R) for all components during sales order kickoff.
• Drive root cause and corrective actions for customer-related nonconformances.
• Facilitate internal, customer, and third-party audits.
• Interface with customers to complete order delivery, including the presentation of lot data packages and FAIs.
• Generate program quality metrics and reports by analyzing data to make strategic recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of experience directly related to the work environment.
• U.S. citizenship is strictly required per ITAR Regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and statistical software.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in ordnance and the use of energetic materials, powders, or propellants.
• Knowledge of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP).
• ASQ Certification.
