Virtual remote in USA, TX (Southeast / Central Texas); Preferred location: College Station or Houston, Texas. Requires 50% travel to service territory.

What you will do

  • Generate significant annual revenue by managing customer accounts and developing new prospects for FMC products.
  • Develop and execute account plans, negotiate to meet sales targets, and build strong customer relationships.
  • Prepare sales presentations, call plans, proposals, and reports; forecast customer needs and communicate market information.
  • Identify new business opportunities, coordinate with company resources for value-added service, and assess competitive practices.
  • Mentor sales representatives in neighboring territories and collaborate with peers and corporate colleagues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Agriculture or related Life Science; Certified Crop Advisor or MBA a plus.
  • 10+ years sales experience with data-driven decisions using CRM systems.
  • Core principles in value selling and agronomics; strong financial and business acumen.
  • Experience driving business opportunities with key accounts, negotiating with middle to senior management, and leading complex projects independently.
  • Demonstrated ability to make independent judgments and provide mentorship without direct reporting.
