What you will do
- Serve as the main point of contact and trusted advisor for enterprise customers.
- Consult and train customers on the best ways to integrate into their marketing workflows.
- Analyze customer usage data to identify risks, opportunities, and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to drive engagement and influence product improvements.
- Use data to clearly demonstrate ’s impact on customer business performance.
- Maintain and evolve customer knowledge bases and internal documentation.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role at a SaaS company.
- Location: Must be based in New York City.
- BA/BS degree.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Ability to execute independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Basic SQL knowledge.
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM systems.
- Experience with Tableau or other BI tools.
- Previous professional data analysis experience.
