What you will do
- Report directly to the SVP of Sales and Customer Success as a core member of the revenue leadership team.
- Build and lead the global engine for customer health, retention, and growth.
- Ensure every merchant realizes maximum value from .
- Manage leaders rather than individual accounts (Leader of Leaders role).
Requirements
- Must be eligible to work in the UK; visa sponsorship not available for this role.
- Experience in customer success, retention, and growth at leadership level.
- Ability to build and scale customer success operations globally.
- Strong leadership skills for managing leaders.
