What you will do

• Own and maintain the revenue forecast using cohort models to capture customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to analyze funnel performance and interrogate conversion metrics.
• Build and scrutinize business cases and ROI calculations to ensure capital is deployed to high-value bets.
• Collaborate with the Growth tribe to challenge assumptions and shape prioritization decisions.
• Provide top-line reporting and variance analysis with clear narratives on performance drivers to senior stakeholders.
• Support the FP&A planning cycle with accurate and insight-led inputs on revenue and growth.

Requirements

• Experience building revenue and cohort models with a track record of owning top-line forecasting in growth businesses.
• Ability to create rigorous business cases and ROI analyses to support capital allocation.
• Prior experience partnering with Sales and Marketing and familiarity with funnel metrics.
• Strong communication and influencing skills for engaging with senior stakeholders.
• Location: Must be based in or able to commute to London for hybrid work.

Nice to have

• SQL skills and comfort working in data-heavy environments.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A, or Strategy.
• Experience with FP&A planning tools such as Anaplan or Pigment.
• Background in fintech, SaaS, or subscription/recurring revenue businesses.
