We’re Hiring: Fircosoft Screening Specialists (UK & Middle East)

Capitex is currently partnering with a number of leading financial institutions across the UK and Middle East who are looking for experienced Fircosoft professionals to support screening optimisation and tuning projects.

If you have a strong background in Fircosoft (FircoSoft Suite / Firco Continuity / Firco Trust / Firco Screening) and know how to enhance system performance, reduce false positives, and improve detection quality, we want to hear from you.

What we’re looking for:
Proven experience in Fircosoft screening systems
Strong expertise in rule tuning, threshold calibration, and optimisation
Experience working with sanctions screening / name screening frameworks
Ability to balance risk sensitivity vs operational efficiency
Prior exposure to banking or financial services environments

Locations:
United Kingdom 🇬🇧
Middle East (UAE, Saudi Arabia, and wider region) 🌍
