What you will do

  • Plan and scope audit reviews, meeting stakeholders to understand business and technology processes.
  • Identify key risks and controls, assess their design and operating effectiveness.
  • Evaluate risk and impact of issues, produce reports for management.
  • Handle ad hoc firmwide projects on new processes, activities, and investigations.
  • Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including regulators.
  • Monitor business changes to update audit scope and plan.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in public accounting or internal audit in financial services or related control functions
  • Prior experience auditing FICC and Equities sales, trading, operations, and product control
  • Experience with Agile Auditing and Data Analytics
  • Risk and control mindset with interest in audit and financial services
  • Strong organizational, project management, critical thinking, and communication skills
  • Team-oriented with ownership, able to multitask in fast-paced environment
