Salary: $162,000/yr - $226,000/yr

What you will do

• Oversee day-to-day and long-term research operations for complex, multi-site studies across the US, Africa, Latin America, and international settings.
• Design and scale operational infrastructure for study implementation, data/biospecimen workflows, regulatory compliance, and financial management.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, including hiring, mentoring, and staff development across multiple countries.
• Manage grants, subawards, and budgets while partnering with PIs, institutional teams, and international collaborators.
• Represent programs to stakeholders and contribute to growth of new global initiatives.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in public health, research administration, or related field
• 10+ years in research operations/administration, including international/multi-site programs
• Demonstrated leadership of multidisciplinary teams
• Knowledge of regulatory/compliance for human subjects research
• Experience managing budgets, grants, and subawards
