Salary: $160,000 - $165,000

What you will do
- Develop and maintain CHW capacity models, including panel sizes, time per visit, and workload assumptions.
- Manage workforce allocation and deployment based on geographic demand and coverage needs.
- Define hiring targets and partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure the workforce scales with growth.
- Own onboarding and ongoing training programs in collaboration with L&D to ensure consistent workflow execution.
- Monitor training effectiveness and identify capability gaps across the CHW workforce.
- Enforce capacity rules and proactively identify and mitigate operational risks.
Requirements
- 7–10+ years of experience in workforce management, operations, or care delivery.
- Demonstrated experience building capacity or staffing models in a service-based organization.
- Experience managing distributed, field-based, or frontline teams.
- Strong analytical skills in forecasting, workload modeling, and resource allocation.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Nice to have
- Experience working with Community Health Workers or community-based care models.
- Familiarity with Medicaid populations and care coordination programs.
- Experience in multi-state or geographically distributed organizations.
