What you will do
- Set the strategic direction and operating model for the admissions function to align with growth goals and clinical standards.
- Own the end-to-end enrollment outcomes, managing the funnel from initial application through clinical evaluation and enrollment.
- Lead and develop a multidisciplinary admissions organization, including clinical evaluators and patient advisors.
- Partner with Product and Technology teams to optimize CRM, scheduling, and eligibility tools to reduce manual work.
- Manage admissions capacity planning and ensure operational readiness for new state launches and program expansions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Clinical, and Commercial leadership to monitor unit economics and funnel performance.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience in healthcare admissions, intake, revenue cycle, or healthcare operations.
- Significant experience leading intake functions within complex healthcare environments.
- Proven track record of driving measurable performance outcomes and managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong financial and operational acumen, including familiarity with healthcare unit economics and insurance fundamentals.
- Must be based in the United States.

- Experience in behavioral health, specialty care, telehealth, or value-based care models.
- Expertise with CRM platforms and operational workflow tools.
- Background in healthcare growth or performance management roles.
