What you will do
- Lead day-to-day operations across multiple branches or hubs, ensuring service standards, compliance, and operational controls.
- Coach, develop, and manage branch staff through hiring, training, performance management, and employee relations.
- Drive deposit growth and business development by building relationships with local businesses, nonprofits, and community leaders.
- Generate new deposits through networking, outreach, and partnerships with internal teams like Treasury and Commercial Banking.
- Resolve client escalations, maintain regulatory compliance, and track progress toward growth targets.
- Balance branch execution with external revenue-focused activities and foster a high-performance team culture.
Requirements
- Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s preferred.
- Minimum 8 years branch banking experience with operations and customer service responsibility.
- Minimum 4 years people management experience, preferably across multiple locations.
- Demonstrated success in community relationship-building and deposit generation.
- Strong knowledge of branch operations, Treasury products, and banking regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; excellent communication and organizational skills.
