Director, Solutions Engineering (Capital Markets): Own and drive hirify.global’s Solutions Engineering function for Capital Markets vertical, defining and executing solution validation processes across the customer lifecycle with bank partners. Focus on recruiting and managing distributed teams, developing customized PoCs and implementation plans, and collaborating with Product and Engineering on market feedback and roadmap influence.

Base Pay Range: $217,500 - $277,500

What you will do

• Recruit, hire, train, and coach a regionally distributed team of Solutions Engineers.
• Create and improve technical solution validation processes for partners and prospects.
• Provide day-to-day support and oversight to solutions engineering teams.
• Build capacity plans to support business development and partner teams in a high-growth environment.
• Lead technical discovery calls, demonstrations, and PoC development to unlock deals.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering on feature requests, audits, and market feedback.

Requirements

• 12+ years in sales engineering or technical implementation roles
• 5+ years managerial experience, preferably with global teams
• Experience in exchange infrastructure, clearing, settlement, custody, or market structure systems
• Background in technical architecture leadership in financial market infrastructure
• Experience interfacing with executives at exchanges, broker-dealers, or clearing institutions
• Experience managing remote teams
• Data-driven operations with key metrics for technical validation
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
• Track record designing complex solutions in banking space
