Senior Product Manager (Mobile)

Salary: $160,000 - $200,000

What you will do

• Own product and technology strategy for iOS and Android, including roadmap prioritization and feature specifications
• Analyze competitors' mobile solutions and assess hirify.global's positioning
• Engage with customers and community to gather mobile-specific feedback
• Define success metrics for adoption, engagement, autofill rates, retention, and churn
• Drive cross-platform parity while handling iOS/Android differences and store requirements
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and security teams on launches and quality

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience focused on mobile (iOS and/or Android) products
• Experience shipping mobile apps to App Store and/or Google Play
• Comfort with technical discussions on mobile architecture, autofill, biometrics, and secure storage
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organization and prioritization skills under engineering constraints
• Excitement for open source and internet security
