What you will do

  • Serve as primary compensation partner to HR Business Partners and Label Leadership.
  • Lead complex compensation analysis for hiring, retention, and incentive design.
  • Design, enhance, and harmonize global compensation programs including salary structures and incentives.
  • Architect and maintain global job frameworks for internal equity and market competitiveness.
  • Own end-to-end execution of global compensation cycles like AIP and equity processes.
  • Oversee market benchmarking and lead team development.

Requirements

  • Location: Novato, California, United States
  • 8+ years progressive experience in global compensation.
  • Success leading large-scale global initiatives, job architecture, or M&A integration.
  • Expert knowledge of global salary structures, market benchmarking, and equity programs (RSUs, PSUs).
  • Strong job architecture, leveling governance, and executive compensation experience.
  • Experience managing global programs across regions and legal frameworks.
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business, or related; MBA, CPA, or CCP preferred.
