What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and upskill a team of UX and UI designers, assessing skill gaps and fostering continuous learning.
• Define and own the end-to-end design lifecycle, including critiques, sprints, handoffs, and quality standards.
• Partner with Product Managers and Engineering Leads to align design strategies with iGaming business goals.
• Govern and evolve multi-product design systems in Figma for scalability and developer handoff.
• Advocate for user-centricity through usability testing and data-driven feedback at leadership level.

Requirements

• Proven experience as UX Lead, Product Design Lead, or Design Manager with track record in building and mentoring teams.
• Extensive expertise in leading design for native mobile (iOS/Android) and mobile web, including HIG and Material Design.
• Deep understanding of iGaming and GameDev sectors, handling engagement, regulations, and complex flows.
• Ability to set up and optimize design processes in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strategic problem-solving for business challenges like retention, conversion, and compliance via design.
• Experience scaling multi-platform design systems in Figma.
