What you will do

• Define and execute vision and design strategy for purchase experience, partnering with stakeholders.
• Lead a team of 4 designers through coaching, feedback, and career development.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to turn insights into experiences that improve conversions.
• Champion design quality, user-centricity, and collaboration across the organization.
• Contribute hands-on to critical projects and set standards for operational excellence.

Requirements

• Experience in design leadership, managing distributed teams (3+ direct reports).
• Expertise in e-commerce or marketplace purchase experiences, improving conversion rates.
• Strategic vision balanced with hands-on execution and data-driven decisions via A/B testing.
• Track record of leveraging AI in design work.
• Strong organizational skills, emotional intelligence, and excellent English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with purchase funnel optimization.
• Fluency with modern design tools like Figma, prototyping, and AI tooling.
