TL;DR

Senior Data Intelligence Engineer (AI): Building the "Intelligence Layer" of autonomous agents to monitor and reason over usage-based revenue data with an accent on semantic layer architecture and agent tooling. Focus on developing API-based tools, dbt models, and RAG systems to turn unstructured audio and siloed data into queryable business insights.

Location: Remote (USA). Candidates outside the US may be considered via an Employer of Record (EoR) model.

What you will do

• Architect and maintain high-fidelity dbt and SQL models serving as the ground truth for usage-based revenue models.
• Develop tools and permission frameworks allowing AI Analyst Agents to query Athena and correlate Salesforce signals.
• Act as a technical bridge to Engineering/Infra teams to ensure data contracts are agent-ready and reliable.
• Lead the "Unlock Audio Intelligence" project to convert internal audio calls into queryable insights for GTM teams.
• Automate repetitive SQL tasks using code and AI agents to maintain a culture of automation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in high-growth Data or AI Engineering roles.
• Production-grade mastery of SQL and Python.
• Proven track record of building RAG or Agentic systems on top of structured data.
• Fluency in API-first SaaS metrics, including consumption patterns, gross margins, and NRR.
• Ability to transform messy, siloed data into high-impact business logic.

Nice to have

• Prior experience as a Software Engineer or Data Engineer.
• Experience with real-time billing and consumption systems.
• Contributions to open-source AI or data projects.
