What you will do

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets in Indonesia.
• Build and manage enterprise pipeline through channel ecosystem and recruit distributors.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategy and joint business planning aligned with regional goals.
• Lead local team to achieve sales targets, manage cashflow, and conduct competitive analysis.
• Represent company at trade shows, develop lighthouse projects, and provide business reviews.
• Recruit, train, mentor team, and foster collaborative environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as Country Manager or Sales Director in electronic security industry
• 5-8 years at managerial level in electronic security with strong Indonesia market network
• Experience with regional/global security brands and cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of industry dynamics, client needs, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal skills; results-oriented with initiative.
• Willingness and ability to travel
