Senior Laboratory Analyst

Focus on maintaining laboratory equipment, documentation in SAP, product releasing, and supporting new test method validation.

Location: Fully onsite in Bradford, United Kingdom (shift based: 4 on, 2 off including weekends)

What you will do

• Perform laboratory analyses on finished dry polyacrylamide products using full range of testing methods.
• Conduct routine maintenance, calibration of lab equipment, and prepare chemical reagents.
• Test site effluent for environmental compliance and handle non-routine testing for trials or investigations.
• Maintain records, enter results into SAP, release products, resolve CoA issues, and archive samples.
• Support validation of new test methods, uphold housekeeping standards, and train new team members.

Requirements

• Degree in Chemistry or related scientific discipline
• Experience in laboratory environment, preferably manufacturing or chemical industry
• Proficiency in laboratory information systems and Microsoft Office
• Effective communication skills, written and verbal
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and collaborate with team
• Self-motivation and ability to work independently

• Experience with SAP systems
