What you will do

• Drive cultural transformation to AI-native engineering practices across teams
• Champion change management with data-driven demos, POCs, and enablement
• Evaluate and recommend AI tools like Copilot, Claude Code, Codex for Mail infrastructure
• Establish KPIs, track adoption, and accelerate uptake with interventions
• Build communities for knowledge sharing and peer learning
• Design frameworks for AI integration into workflows, CI/CD, and standardized tasks

Requirements

• Experience with AI tech: Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, ChatGPT, OpenAI Codex, GitHub Copilot
• 10+ years software engineering across languages and paradigms
• Deep hands-on with AI development tools, LLMs, prompt engineering
• CI/CD, DevOps, modern workflows experience
• Track record evaluating tech at scale, driving initiatives in large orgs
• Leading without authority, change management, communication skills
