• Manage a team of 6 engineers responsible for the backend pipeline powering critical hirify.global features.
• Provide technical leadership by identifying roadblocks, maintaining velocity, and upholding code quality.
• Collaborate with Product and Platform teams to enhance APM and support platform evolutions.
• Lead multi-quarter strategic initiatives, navigating ambiguity to set goals and execution paths.
• Foster team growth through mentoring, performance reviews, and career advancement.
• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation to ensure service reliability.

Requirements

• 1+ years experience leading a team of 4+ engineers, emphasizing customer-driven improvements.
