What you will do

• Develop platform features emphasizing personalized user experience and engagement.
• Identify, prioritize use cases based on user and business value.
• Design data-driven personalization mechanisms across the user journey.
• Collaborate with Brand, Marketing, Analytics, and engineering in Porto to deliver solutions.
• Test hypotheses, learn from feedback, optimize iteratively, and define KPIs for data-driven decisions.
• Act as central contact for product area, challenging value creation for users.

Requirements

• Degree in technical, scientific, or business-related field.
• Several years as (Senior) Product Manager for digital services with proven impact.
• Strong analytical skills, pragmatic MVP approach, bias for action.
• Focus on impact and problem-solving over output.
• Very good English skills, written and spoken.
• Structured, independent work with team mindset.
