Salary: $190k - $250k + equity depending on level

What you will do

• Craft impactful, user-centered design solutions owning the entire process for complex workflows in venture sourcing.
• Meet with partners and associates from top VC firms to solve tangible problems.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and data science teams to design, test, and ship features.
• Develop interfaces at the frontier of AI, including agentic workflows without established patterns.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product design, collaborating closely with product and engineering teams
• Proven track record shipping impactful products with high ownership
• Low ego, prioritizing customer success and meaningful outcomes
• Sharp eye for detail with pixel-perfect designs balancing polish and functionality
• Context-driven design integrating user needs and technical constraints
• Clear communication to explain rationale and gain stakeholder buy-in

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-driven products or enterprise SaaS tools
• Background in complex search interfaces or business workflow tools
