What you will do
- Lead and coordinate global and regional campaigns as central point of contact for stakeholders
- Plan and execute campaign timelines, resources, training, and rollout concepts
- Align cross-functional teams across Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Finance, and Service Operations
- Design and manage pilots for new aftermarket offerings like retrofit solutions or digital tools
- Monitor KPIs, performance, costs, and margins, providing improvement recommendations
- Identify risks and implement mitigation measures, establishing governance and reporting processes
Requirements
- University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Several years in aftermarket project management, service development, or transactional service strategy
- Knowledge of after sales, sales processes, and service strategy, ideally in renewables or industrial services
- Experience with SAP, CRM, Advanced Excel, Power BI, and MS Project
- Strong organizational skills, ownership, communication, and stakeholder management across cultures
- Fluent English; German or Spanish advantageous
