What you will do
- Structure and clarify incoming campaign demands, providing Product with coherent operational views.
- Align expectations, responsibilities, dependencies, and handovers across Sales, Content, Campaign, QA Operations, and Product stakeholders.
- Drive definition, continuous improvement, and high-quality documentation of campaign processes.
- Provide visibility through relevant KPIs and recurring insights from operations.
- Collaborate with QA and teams to prevent issues via clearer standards, better inputs, or tooling adjustments.
- Support cross-functional initiatives by converting observations into updated standards, templates, or structured requests.
Requirements
