What you will do

• Lead Target State design for core business functions, mapping current workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and architecting standardized processes.
• Own end-to-end project lifecycle for strategic initiatives, coordinating deployment with local ops teams and ensuring adoption.
• Define input/output metrics to validate process performance and financial impact, building frameworks for stability.
• Manage change and stakeholders, aligning regional leadership with central strategy and local execution.
• Act as internal consultant, re-engineering legacy processes and documenting targets for continuity and best practice sharing.

Requirements

• 6+ years in Project Management, Operational Excellence, or Management Consulting with track record in large-scale process rollouts in e-commerce, logistics, or tech operations
• Strong analytical skills: analyze complex data, draw conclusions; proficiency in Google Sheets and SQL (data viz tools like Tableau/Power BI desirable)
• Excellent communication to summarize complex ideas into executive insights
• Influencing skills to manage change and convince stakeholders via ROI demonstration
• Proactive problem-solving with data-driven creative solutions
• Project management: prioritize, meet deadlines in fast-paced environment
