Location: Hamburg, DE (up to 8 days mobile work per month)

What you will do

  • Analyze global/regional markets, customer needs, and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
  • Define and own roadmaps for transactional aftermarket service offerings.
  • Develop service concepts, business models, and cases for investment decisions.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams in Engineering, Sales, and Service for product development and rollout.
  • Act as interface for global market launches and support sales with expertise.
  • Monitor KPIs, manage innovation pipelines, and improve portfolio continuously.

Requirements

  • University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Several years in aftermarket sales, service product management, or business development.
  • Experience leading cross-functional/cross-regional initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of service strategies, roadmaps, pricing, and value propositions.
  • Skills in business cases and financial assessments for stakeholders.
  • Analytical style; fluent English required (German/Spanish advantage).
