What you will do

• Serve as single point of contact for Customer Portal functional design and roadmap evolution.

• Assess new feature ideas for functional, architectural, and CRM integration implications to minimize risks.
• Analyze feedback and usage data to drive usability enhancements and customer adoption.

Requirements

• 5+ years of consulting experience with solution-oriented mindset.
