What you will do

• Act as interface between Sales and Product Unit
• Identify and evaluate new market segments and applications
• Coordinate product portfolio and lifecycle management of options
• Create specifications for future models and options
• Prioritize product improvements based on market feedback and Sales input
• Handle pricing and positioning in global markets
• Improve profitability, market share, and equipment rate
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and agricultural processes
• Support development projects per hirify.global process
• Coordinate sales strategy with sales organization

Requirements

• Technical degree in agricultural engineering, agricultural sciences, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or similar
• Professional experience in agricultural machinery or harvesting equipment
• Several years in product management at an international company
• Strong technical affinity and business knowledge
• Proficient IT skills
• Fluent English, written and spoken
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills internationally
• Assertiveness, moderation skills, analytical and solution-oriented thinking
• Goal-oriented, independent, structured working style
• Flexibility and willingness to travel internationally
