What you will do

• Develop and deploy the product line and portfolio for Taste Modulation and Sweetening Systems.
• Manage global assortment within a matrix organization, coordinating with internal stakeholders.
• Define and execute strategic roadmaps to drive business growth and revenue.
• Collaborate with R&D, Marketing, Pricing, and Sales teams to align on pricing and supply chain strategies.
• Conduct competitor benchmarking and competitive analysis to optimize the product portfolio.
• Support sales teams through direct customer engagement, projects, and briefings.

Requirements

• Professional experience as a product or business development manager in the B2B food and beverages industry.
• Degree in food technology, general business administration, biotechnology, or a similar qualification.
• Proven track record of creating and executing sustainable product roadmaps.
• Strong customer-centric mindset with the ability to build strategic partnerships.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills to meet tight deadlines.
• English: Fluent (C1) proficiency required.
• Availability for global travel (approximately 10-20% of working time).
