What you will do
- Generate prospective customers through cold calling and qualify/follow up on sales leads.
- Focus on lead qualification, prospecting, and making sales through multichannel inbound/outbound activities.
- Acquire new customers and retain/grow existing installed base.
- Support field sales force, carry individual/team quota, and handle back-end activities like order processing and quotations.
- Maintain industry knowledge, competitive posture, and prepare activity/forecast reports.
- Establish relationships with channel partners and direct customers to company resources.
Requirements
- Location: Buffalo, NY, United States with minimal business travel.
- Entry-level individual contributor on projects/work teams with close supervision.
- Broad theoretical knowledge from advanced education; typically requires four-year college degree or equivalent.
- 0-2 years functional experience.
- Technical knowledge of products, systems, and services.
- Prepare to pass drug test and pre-employment background check.
