What you will do

• Conduct regular drug abuse case management sessions and orient patients to treatment programs.
• Collect and assess social, educational, and vocational information to develop and revise treatment plans.
• Make referrals, perform follow-ups, and coordinate care with community providers.
• Provide crisis intervention, implement new programs, and manage caseloads.
• Maintain comprehensive records and adhere to federal, state, and accrediting regulations.
• Participate in trainings, conferences, and community relations activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related Human Services field
• Compliance with federal and state certification and licensure regulations
• Pursuing licensure as a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) preferred
• Knowledge of addiction treatment methods and opioid maintenance trends preferred
• Ability to handle high-stress situations and variable workloads
• Effective communication skills
