Salary: $316,000/yr on average (30hrs/wk min, guaranteed base + equity + benefits + productivity incentives)

What you will do

• Assess patients through video-based encounters and perform comprehensive mental health evaluations.
• Manage psychotropic medications, evaluating patient history, response, adherence, and tolerability.
• Develop and implement behavioral health treatment plans and monitor assessment results.
• Collect, record, and maintain sensitive patient information including medical history and reports.
• Conduct monthly chart reviews as part of peer review QA process.

Requirements

• Active and unrestricted M.D. or D.O. medical license in the state of residence
• Current and active ABPN or AOBNP certification
• Multi-State Licensed
• Graduate of ACGME-accredited psychiatry residency program
• Keep up-to-date with continuing medical education
• Comfortability navigating video-conferencing platforms and willingness to learn new technology like Athena
• Experience with technology and digital tools
